Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers announced the top commercial and business brokerage agents for 2009 at a recent company meeting. President and CEO Kevin Levent was on hand to present the awards to the winners. The top three sales associates for 2009 were honored: 2009 Agent of the Year Awards Commercial Sales Agent of the Year: Karen Lance Commercial Leasing Agent of the Year: Paula Byrd Business Brokerage Agent of the Year: Bina Cline In addition, the top sales associates for the fourth quarter of 2009 were honored: 4th Quarter Awards Commercial Sales Agent of the Quarter: George Logan Commercial Leasing Agent of the Quarter: John Ford Business Brokerage Agent of the Quarter: Ann Boyer Dan Hinson, Director of Commercial and Business Brokerage, took a moment to praise the award winners. “We are proud of what our team has accomplished in 2009 – we have a talented and dedicated group of commercial agents,” he said.
