Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers announced the top commercial and business brokerage agents for the first quarter of 2010 at a recent company meeting. President and CEO Kevin Levent was on hand to present the awards to the winners.
The top sales associates for first quarter 2010 were honored:
Commercial Sales Agent of the Quarter: Charles Sandiford Commercial Leasing Agent of the Quarter: Kurt Cooper
Business Brokerage Agents of the Quarter: Paula Byrd, Susan Adams and Sandra Coburn
Dan Hinson, Director of Commercial and Business Brokerage, took a moment to praise the award winners. “We are excited about what 2010 brings and what our agents are accomplishing. We have a talented and dedicated group of commercial agents,” he said.
